If we can find any ways to make your project more cost effective, we'll let you know!
YOU: Price approval.
Once we have your approval on the price we can begin the design / prepress process. Please reference the Estimate Number when placing your order or communicating for additional information. All prices are exclusive of delivery/shipping charges and postage. Your quote will be good for 30 days and subject to our approval of your copy. Preflight charge includes checking your Print Ready Digital Files and minor edits up to 15 minutes. Prepress charges beyond those specified in this Quote will be considered additional. NEW CUSTOMERS: a down payment of 50% for orders $250.00 and over must be received before products will be printed; the balance is due when the job is complete. For orders under $250.00, we require payment in full when the order is placed. We accept company checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
BPC: We take a look at your artwork.
Our design / prepress department will now create new artwork or dissect your files for any possible press issues. If they run into any issues, we will call you to find out how you would like us to proceed. Once we have created your files, we will send you a proof via email, or if you'd prefer we can fax or print a color proof for you to stop in to view.
YOU: Proof approval.
Here's your chance to take a look at your project before it goes on press. Once we have your final approval, we will be ready to process your job.
BPC: We will imposition and make metal plates for your job then it's off to the presses.
During this step, the press scheduling takes place to ensure your finished product will be ready on time. Our prepress department will set up and output the metal plates, then hand them over to the printing department. Typically, it will take 2-3 days for your job to print and dry.
BPC: Now your job goes to the bindery department.
After the ink has dried, we will be ready to complete any special finishing for your job. This includes any folding, die-cutting, numbering, scoring, cutting, drilling etc.
YOU or BPC: Pick up or Deliver your final product.
Now your job is complete! You can come in to pick up your final product. We can also deliver or ship it to you per your request.
